Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 hours during business hours (9 AM - 8 PM WITA). Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM qualify for same-day delivery to Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, and Legian. Other areas may receive next-day delivery.
Climate Control
All supplements are stored in climate-controlled facilities and delivered in insulated packaging to maintain product integrity in Bali's tropical climate.
Tracking
You'll receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is out for delivery, including the driver's contact information and estimated arrival time.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week. You can request a preferred delivery time in the order notes.

Yes, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address before the order ships.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp. You can arrange for someone else to receive the package or reschedule delivery.
