30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Eligible Items
All supplements and products can be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the product is defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, even if the product has been opened. You won't pay for return shipping in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of: (1) Opened supplements (unless defective), (2) Products past their expiration date, (3) Items not in original packaging, (4) Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Return a Product

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return approval within 24 hours. You'll receive instructions and a return authorization number.
Pack the Item
Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, documentation, and the return authorization number.
Schedule Pickup
We'll arrange free pickup from your address in Bali at a time convenient for you. No need to ship it yourself.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer, we'll need your bank account details to process the refund.
Partial Refunds
In some cases (damaged packaging, missing items, etc.), we may issue a partial refund. We'll always contact you first to discuss the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
For defective products, we'll send a replacement immediately without requiring you to return the defective item first.
