Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha is sourced from first-harvest tea leaves in Uji, Japan, the birthplace of authentic matcha. Shade-grown for 3-4 weeks before harvest to maximize L-theanine and chlorophyll content, then stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder. This highest grade of matcha offers a sweet, smooth taste without bitterness and vibrant jade green color. Rich in catechins (especially EGCG), the most potent antioxidants in nature. Provides calm, focused energy without the jitters thanks to the synergy of caffeine and L-theanine. A sacred beverage in Japanese tea ceremonies for over 800 years.

How to Use
Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a bowl, add 2-3oz of hot water (175°F/80°C), whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy. Enjoy as traditional tea or add to lattes, smoothies, and desserts.
